Hanoi on Manning

Passersby and locals alike have been enjoying authentic Vietnamese cuisine for over 10 years from Hanoi on Manning. Leaping across the road from the Harbour, the restaurant is located in downtown Kiama.
EMVY Design have utilised a warm neutral pallet of materials and finishes to create an intimate dining experience. The design has a lightness that mirrors the delicate style of cooking. It pays homage to Vietnam’s rich culture with the use of tradition batik patterns, woven cane pendant lights illuminate the space while casting rich shadows across walls featuring bygone images of Vietnam’s yesteryear.

The restaurant features many nostalgia-inspired details which makes a perfect background for the restaurant’s contemporary Vietnamese cuisine.

A new branding package consisting of logo, menus and signage was also created to work in harmony with the new restaurant fitout.
