EMVY Design collaborated closely with the Gelatissimo Group to develop and implement a nationwide rebranding of their store fit-outs. This extensive project aimed to refresh the look and feel of Gelatissimo stores across Australia, creating a bold, bright, and vibrant retail experience that complements the brand’s artisanal gelato.

The first store to showcase this new design was Gelatissimo’s regional flagship location in Westfield Shellharbour. As the pilot store for the nationwide rebrand, it set the benchmark for future locations. The design focused on enhancing the customer experience by creating a visually striking yet welcoming space that allows the gelato to take center stage. The new scheme incorporated eye-catching colours, playful graphics, and dynamic lighting to reflect the brand’s fun and indulgent nature. Following the successful rollout of the Shellharbour store, EMVY Design continued to refine and implement the rebranding across additional locations, ensuring consistency while adapting to the unique characteristics of each site. Stores in Manuka, ACT, and Fremantle, Western Australia, were among the next to undergo the transformation. Each location was thoughtfully designed to maintain the core elements of the new brand identity while considering the surrounding environment, customer flow, and local demographics.
